Are you presently working in a job that you hate? If yes, you are not alone.
This website is dedicated to those of you out there who are in dead end jobs or in a job that has you trapped because of your bills and/or desired lifestyle. I am a recruiter who has spent the last 20 plus years of my life working with employees who are on edge about their job situations. We spend 2080 hours each year at work and yet we do not give our job search the attention we give other situations. We don't ask enough questions in the interview or maybe we don't ask the right questions.
The reason is that most of us are not independently wealthy and our expenses continue even when our jobs don't. We are desperate when our bills start getting behind and we worry about feeding our families. Many have children who need money for school and normal child activities. We need medical and dental benefits and have to plan for our retirement years. I did not design this site to mince words. The truth is that I am very honest and direct. I have been in jobs that were boring with bosses that were young and inexperienced. I have to shake my head and wonder how some of these companies stay in business. The treatment of employees in some companies is shocking and the turnover rates are very high.
Think About It!
Think about 5 people you know well. Then ask yourself:
1) How long have they been in their present jobs?
2) How many hours do they work each week?
3) Do they spend enough quality time with their families?
4) Do they like their bosses?
5) Do they get satisfaction from the work they do?
Now ask yourself the same questions.
What Can You Do ?
Stay where you are and suffer.
Stay at home and starve.
Work to change things at your present job. Good luck!
Do your homework and find another opportunity that is better suited for you.
